- able to lift 25-50 pounds
- able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours
- able to use motion that entails bending kneeling pushing pulling stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties
- clean all dishes glasses pots pans and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests
- help put away deliveries
- keep the dishwasher in good working order
- set up the three compartment sink for all equipment that has to be hand washed
- be knowledgeable of the chemicals used at each step of the cleaning process
- sweep and mop floors as needed
- keep open communication with team members
