Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds
capable of standing and moving fast paced for up to 8 hours
ability to perform repetitive motions including bending kneeling pushing pulling and stretching
good communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment

knowledge of safe chemical handling practices
experience in a kitchen or cleaning environment preferred

Job Duties

clean all dishes glasses pots pans and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests
help put away deliveries
keep the dishwasher in good working order
set up the three compartment sink for hand washing equipment
be knowledgeable of the chemicals used at each step of the cleaning process
sweep and mop floors as needed
keep open communication with team members
