Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift and carry heavy items as required
- Commitment to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Must be dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an asset
- Ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Job Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines
- Hand-wash specialty items as needed
- Empty trash and clean waste disposal areas
- Sweep and mop floors throughout dish and prep areas
- Stock clean dishes and kitchenware in designated areas
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to sanitation standards
- Follow all safety procedures including proper use of PPE and cleaning chemicals
- Assist in deep-cleaning projects during and after service hours
- Support kitchen staff as needed with prep and organization
- Report equipment issues to management promptly
- Contribute to team efforts and communicate effectively with fellow staff
