Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- the desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday
- be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly and occasionally stock up to 50 lbs
- ability to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times
- ability to communicate quickly and accurately
- ability to work in environments with bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds
- manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment

- willingness to learn and take on new skills
- basic knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures preferred
- prior experience in a similar role or environment is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Clean all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations
- work closely with bussers and cooks in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean
- ensure the availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and utensils
- understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures
- maintain detailed cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas
- take out trash, replace trash bags and wash trash cans
- observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence
- communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co-workers
- work as a team player in meeting guests needs and actively contribute to the efforts of other departments
- attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions
- maintain a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting and Games policies and procedures
- knowledge of facility emergency procedures
- perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
- adhere to proper uniform guidelines according to Andretti Indoor Karting and Games
- display excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- show eagerness to learn new skills
