Job Duties
- adhere to and demonstrate Assets, Inc. core values and mission
- provide direct labor in accordance with OSHA safety standards
- manually or mechanically wash and rinse dishes, glasses and silverware, maintaining proper sterilization temperature
- utilize dish machine for cleaning and de-liming
- operate dish machine conveyor belt to process soiled wares
- sort dishes and silverware by size and type
- perform additional dining facility attendant duties including cleaning, busing tables, wiping counters, sweeping, mopping, and replenishing self-service areas
