Job Requirements
- Food service sanitation knowledge
- prior experience washing dishes or performing janitorial work preferred
- ability to read limited two and three syllable words
- ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and numbers
- ability to print and speak simple sentences
- ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- ability to deal with standardized situations
- willingness to work varied schedule
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
- ability to stand for long periods
- compliance with Providence Alaska vaccine requirements

Job Duties
- Adheres to and demonstrates Assets, Inc. core values and mission in performance
- provides direct labor in accordance with OSHA safety standards
- manually or mechanically washes and rinses dishes, glasses, and silverware
- operates and maintains a dish machine
- sorts dishes and silverware by size and type
- performs light janitorial duties including cleaning dining area, bussing tables, wiping counters, sweeping and mopping floors
- completes food handler training and participates in company site meetings and trainings
- maintains proactive relationships with customers and coworkers
- follows all company policies
- performs other duties as assigned
