Job Requirements
- previous dishwashing or janitorial experience
- knowledge of food service sanitation
- ability to read, print, and speak simple sentences
- common sense and ability to follow simple instructions
- insured vehicle
- valid alaskan driver’s license

- ability to pass criminal background check
- ability to obtain security clearance

Job Duties
- adhere to and demonstrate company core values and mission
- provide direct labor following osha safety standards
- manually or mechanically wash and rinse dishes, glasses, and silverware
- operate and maintain dish machine including cleaning and de-liming
- sort dishes and silverware by size and type
- perform dining facility attendant duties including bussing tables, wiping down counters, sweeping, mopping, cleaning kitchen hoods and fixtures, grease traps, doors, windows, mats, replenishing self-service areas and wares, and vacuuming
- complete food handler training and participate in company required trainings
- maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- perform other duties as assigned
