Job Requirements
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required
- must be able to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- ability to transport and/or move a maximum of 40lbs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency
- skill in using cleaning products and equipment
- knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, techniques, and standards
Job Duties
- Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware, and utensils
- operates industrial dish machine according to protocol
- delivers sanitized plates and silverware to various locations as needed
- maintains a clean work area throughout entire shift
- cleans machine during each shift, including exterior of machine
- collects dirty dishes and equipment from outlets and delivers to main sanitization room for sanitizing
- assists with the busing and cleaning of various units in the Student Union
