Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to perform medium physical work with lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions
- Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of assigned tasks
- Must comply with safety regulations including the use of safety glasses when handling chemicals
- Must adhere to company uniform and attendance policies
Job Qualifications

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and maintain tact and diplomacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to spot and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance
- Experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors hourly or as needed, wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks to maintain sanitary conditions
- Separate and remove trash and garbage, placing it in designated containers, steam-clean or hose out garbage cans as needed
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand, scrape food from dirty dishes, wash them by hand or place them in dishwashing machine racks, run glasses through the dish machine twice to ensure cleanliness
- Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, or hand cloth, transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Set up banquet tables as needed
- Wash and peel vegetables using a knife or peeling machine when required
- Understand and comply with OSHA regulations, always wear safety glasses when handling chemicals
- Put away and rotate stock, ensuring proper storage and organization
- Maintain effective communication with co-workers and management, report to work on time, in uniform, and in accordance with company policy
- Take initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Know and comply with all company policies and procedures related to this position
- Perform other related duties as required or requested by management
