Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Reliable transportation to work

Job Qualifications

  • Prior dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as club events require
  • Consistent attendance, on time and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow food safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dish machine and 3-compartment sink
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish pit and back-of-house work areas
  • Take out trash, compost, recycling
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Break down boxes
  • Restock clean wares to stations
  • Assist with banquet breakdowns and setups
  • Follow food safety and chemical handling procedures (ServSafe standards)
  • Support basic prep and housekeeping tasks as directed by chefs
  • Communicate equipment or supply issues promptly
