Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods

- comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards

Job Qualifications
- Previous porter and/or Dishwasher experience preferred
- Tao Group Hospitality in-venue Dishwasher training completed
- Food Handling Certificate
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- positive attitude and professionalism
- knowledge of sanitation standards
- physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Maintain professional appearance standards as directed
- anticipate and accommodate the needs of all employees
- aid in cleaning inside and outside the venue
- handle proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dish station and kitchen
- follow supervisor's instructions and work as a team player
- possess in-depth knowledge of dish machine and cleaning chemicals
- comply with health and company sanitation standards
- communicate product needs to chefs or purchaser
- perform opening and closing procedures including stocking supplies, cleaning equipment, wiping and sanitizing stations
- report all breakage or damage to management
- attend and participate in meetings and training
- portray a positive and professional attitude
- demonstrate knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and support team members
