Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness in all dishwashing and kitchen areas including pot sinks prep surfaces and equipment
- Support overall restaurant cleanliness by sanitizing sinks countertops tabletops doors and walls
- Organize and maintain the storeroom manage deliveries and handle linen storage and distribution
- Continuously remove trash and recyclables from all areas of the restaurant to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with general prep and cleaning tasks as needed to support kitchen and service operations
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
