- previous restaurant experience preferred
- positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork
- ability to stay active and focused in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- comfort working weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
- ability to read, understand, and communicate in English

Job Duties
- start each shift prepared with a clean and organized dish area
- follow daily routines and complete cleaning checklists
- clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
- keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
- break down and remove garbage and boxes to designated areas
- work closely with kitchen team to maintain clean supplies and ready stations
- maintain dish machines and kitchen equipment in good condition
