Job Requirements
- Current food handlers certificate maintained through employment
- available to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
- able to stand and or walk for long periods of time
- ability to lift over 50 plus lbs if necessary
- authorized to legally work in the US
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality environment preferred
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to multitask and maintain focus under pressure
- knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety standards
- physical stamina to stand, walk for long periods, and lift over 50 pounds as needed
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Listen to the customer by communicating effectively with team members to understand and meet guest preferences and requirements
- be respectful of company resources by managing prep areas efficiently and maintaining kitchen equipment
- show urgency by organizing and prioritizing tasks during high-demand periods to ensure smooth service
- create positive energy by fostering a collaborative work environment and assisting team members
- support new team members through guidance and training to maintain section organization and readiness
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- comply with health and safety regulations and food handling certification requirements
