Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a dishwasher or porter preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to move quickly and safely in a busy environment
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Maintain a neat and professional appearance adhering to company standards

Job Qualifications

Previous porter and/or dishwasher experience preferred
Ability to write and verbally communicate
Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and interact courteously with others

Job Duties

Ensure all service and kitchen wares are clean and sanitized
Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all employees
Aid in cleaning inside and outside the venue
Proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station, kitchen, and entire venue
Follow supervisor’s instructions and support co-workers as a team player
Possess knowledge of the dish machine and proper usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
