Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or porter preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to move quickly and safely in a busy environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance adhering to company standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous porter and/or dishwasher experience preferred
- Ability to write and verbally communicate
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact courteously with others
Job Duties
- Ensure all service and kitchen wares are clean and sanitized
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all employees
- Aid in cleaning inside and outside the venue
- Proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station, kitchen, and entire venue
- Follow supervisor’s instructions and support co-workers as a team player
- Possess knowledge of the dish machine and proper usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
