Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- some previous kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- good physical condition to handle manual labor
- reliable and punctual
- able to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes in a timely fashion as they enter the dish room
- soak and scrub dishes that require heavy cleaning
- remain focused on designated tasks during prime service hours
- assist other team members with prepping and getting ready when station duties are completed
- keep workstation clean and organized
- practice safe knife handling and seek training if needed
- respect co-workers and managers
- scrape, sort, and load dishwasher
- return cleaned dishes and glassware to proper location
- conduct basic preventative maintenance of dishwashing equipment and report issues to Sous Chef and Executive Chef
- perform trash removal as needed
- assist with food preparation duties assigned by Sous or Executive Chef
- seek productive tasks when time allows
- open and close kitchen properly following checklist
- assist others in closing kitchen
- arrive promptly in full uniform and attend mandatory meetings
- follow all policies in the employee handbook
- maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun work environment
