Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Wash any dirty dishes, pots, pans, trays, silverware, etc
- Separate and remove trash and place it in the designated containers
- Sweep and mop floors
- wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and all other surface areas
- Ensure restrooms are clean and fully stocked before and throughout hours of operation
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- restock tools and supplies for the next shift
- Keep work areas and walk-in cooler/freezer organized
- Help line cooks properly prep, store, and date food
- Clean restaurant equipment while following all company safety protocols
