Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs, placing items above and below head height
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for the duration of the shift
- Occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- Capacity to work in variable temperature environments
- Must be able to work days, evenings, and events shifts

Job Duties
- Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas
- Clean work areas including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking areas, maintaining kitchenware storage organization
- Remove trash from dish room and transport to dumpster
- clean and sanitize garbage cans
