Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment helpful but not required
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- availability to work shifts as scheduled
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- maintain kitchen work areas in a clean and sanitary condition
- operate and maintain the mechanical dishwasher throughout the shift
- keep the food line stocked with clean plates
- assist with food preparation procedures
- perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift including cleaning work areas and restrooms
