Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen work areas clean and sanitary
- Operate and maintain mechanical dishwasher throughout the shift
- Keep food line stocked with clean plates and utensils
- Assist in food preparation procedures
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at end of shift including work areas and restrooms
- Lift and move kitchen items weighing 25-50 pounds
- Stand and move around kitchen efficiently during shifts
