Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be RAMP certified
- Ability to handle chemicals safely according to MSDS
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and move safely and efficiently in the kitchen
- Ability to work in smoke filled environments
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- RAMP certified
- Knowledge of chemical handling as per MSDS
- Ability to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Physical stamina to stand up and move about the kitchen in a safe and efficient manner
- Ability to work in smoke filled environments
Job Duties
- Performs duties such as dishwashing, cleaning of all production equipment, floor cleaning and trash removal
- This is a general utility position that may call for many additional tasks
- General kitchen, back of house cleanliness, removes all garbage and boxes
- Pot washing and dishwashing
- Floor sanitation duties
- Cleaning maintenance on all kitchen equipment and returns to proper place
- Transports food from kitchen to outlets
- Assists receiving in putting food products away
- Abides by company and department specific appearance standards
- Performs additional duties as assigned
