Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic reading and writing skills
- ability to speak English in an understandable manner
- previous food service experience preferred
- knowledge and experience working with elderly and previous dementia experience preferred
- food service sanitation certificate according to state or local requirements
- ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
- be able to easily lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- sanitize all kitchen utensils, flatware, and serving equipment
- assist kitchen staff in maintaining operational standards
- comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- handle kitchen waste disposal properly
- operate dishwashing machinery efficiently
- support team effectiveness through communication and professionalism
