Job Requirements
- prior dishwasher and utility experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machines ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- washes pots, pans and trays following established procedures ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using burnishing techniques and equipment ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- ensures compliance with safety procedures at all times
- maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels as per standards
- keeps dish area orderly and safe
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage containers
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies and products
- performs other duties as assigned
