Job Requirements
- Prior dishwashing or other relevant experience
- ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
- capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in dishwashing machine racks
- washes pots, pans and trays following assigned procedures
- polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel or hand cloth
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to standards
- keeps dishwashing area orderly and safe
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with loading and unloading supplies and products
- performs other duties as assigned
