- Prior experience as a dishwasher or utility worker required
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machines ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
- washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on equipment and procedures
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards
- keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards
