Job Requirements
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time schedule from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Physical capability to perform dishwashing duties and maintain sanitary conditions
- Willingness to comply with safety and health regulations
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks for prolonged periods
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo Florida Level 2 background screening if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling cleaning equipment
- Willingness to learn and participate in training
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying full-time shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machinery
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
- Polishes silverware using various tools and chemicals as required
- Maintains safety protocols by managing temperatures and chemical levels according to standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and meets safety standards including sweeping and mopping
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces
- Assists in transferring supplies and loading and unloading products
- Removes trash and cleans garbage containers
- Performs additional duties as assigned
