Job Requirements
- experience with general cleaning and dishwashing preferred
- must possess english-speaking skills
- ability to work full-time schedule including every other weekend
- availability to work 5:30 pm to 2:00 am shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience with general cleaning and dishwashing preferred
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- basic English-speaking skills for communication
- ability to work full-time shifts including every other weekend
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- polishes silver using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth
- ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains chemical and temperature standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- removes trash and manages waste disposal
