Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work full-time including weekends
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary
- Willingness to learn and be trained on job duties
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including weekends
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to comply with safety standards
- Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
