Job Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D.
- previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred
- must successfully pass post offer, pre-employment testing including criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test, and health screen
- must sign arbitration agreement as a condition of employment

- understands the philosophy of quality customer service and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Assists in the set up and break down of meals
- washes dishes as per policy
- maintains dish machine and sanitization logs
- assists supervisor, manager, or director in assigned tasks as directed
- maintains the cleanliness of the department according to the posted cleaning schedule
- reports damage or problems to supervisor or maintenance
- keeps supervisor or manager informed of questions, reactions, comments, or problems that may arise
- familiar with food service disaster plan
