Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience required
- Ability to work full-time during scheduled shifts
- Must be able to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with dishwashing
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of experience in dishwashing or related role
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- Washes pots, pans and trays
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and places it in designated containers
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Helps load and unload supplies and product
- Performs other duties as assigned
