Job Requirements
- Previous relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, oral and written
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and dishwashing tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to assist in emergency procedures if needed

Job Duties
- Deliver clean water pitchers to nursing stations
- Maintain stock areas in a neat and orderly fashion daily
- Transport carts to and from dining areas
- Operate the dishwashing machine
- Monitor and record water temperatures and cleaning compound usage
- Perform cleaning assignments as directed
- Clean and wash food-service carts, dishes, utensils, trays, pots, pans, and store them
- Use proper sanitation in all food and service areas
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas, equipment, and appliances
- Deliver food requests to stations as needed
- Keep kitchen work areas and dining rooms clear of dirty dishes
- Sweep and mop floors and work areas
- Assist in transportation of residents during emergency evacuations as per procedure
