Job Duties
- arrive to the kitchen prepared to work at the scheduled time
- clean and store all dishes, pots, cooking equipment
- clean kitchen hallway, stairs, elevator, compartment, and walk-in cooler floors
- maintain the order and organization of wares on shelves and in storage areas
- maintain and upkeep the loading dock and refuse area to be neat, clean, and safe at all times
- maintenance and cleanliness of sinks, kitchen walls, garbage receptacles, and under-equipment floors
- maintain the look and condition of the automatic dishwashers from inside and outside
- check and maintain all chemical levels
- maintain the cleaning and order standards communicated by the Executive Chef
- maintain a positive attitude toward work performed at all times
