Job Requirements

- Must be willing to work full-time Monday through Friday from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Capable of performing physical labor including lifting and repetitive movements
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to comply with Covid-19 safety protocols if applicable

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth as required
- Maintains compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Monitors temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards
- Keeps the dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation regulations
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and ensures proper disposal and cleaning of garbage containers
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assists with loading and unloading supplies and product
- Performs other duties as assigned
