Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality or sanitation experience preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long durations
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday full-time
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality and sanitation experience preferred
- Ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
- Knowledge of dishwashing equipment and safety standards
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans and trays
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
