Job Duties

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes and utensils to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Load, unload, and monitor commercial dishwashing machine operation
  • Clean dishwashing equipment including filters and address operational issues
  • Organize dishwashing area by sorting and storing clean dishes
  • Maintain sanitary conditions by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces
  • Support dining services operations through timely and efficient dishroom management
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards consistently
