Job Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes and utensils to maintain a hygienic environment
- Load, unload, and monitor commercial dishwashing machine operation
- Clean dishwashing equipment including filters and address operational issues
- Organize dishwashing area by sorting and storing clean dishes
- Maintain sanitary conditions by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces
- Support dining services operations through timely and efficient dishroom management
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards consistently
