Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to handle repetitive tasks and manual labor
- Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation protocols
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures in kitchen environment
- Capability to handle manual labor tasks
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills to follow instructions
- Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
