Job Requirements

- Ability to work full-time schedule including occasional nights and weekends
- Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing

- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machines
- Washes pots, pans and trays according to assigned procedures
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machines or by hand
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures
- Maintains temperature and chemical levels as per standards
- Keeps dishwashing area clean and orderly
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain sanitation
- Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assists with loading and unloading supplies
- Performs other assigned duties
