Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and understand professional kitchen sanitation standards
- Physically able to perform frequent bending, stooping, pulling and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work full-time Wednesday through Sunday on evening shifts including Sundays
- Must maintain good personal hygiene and wear approved uniform
- Ability to work in a heat-sensitive environment
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Prior dishwashing experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions, understand professional kitchen principles, sanitation standards
- Possesses an outstanding attitude and team-minded outlook
Job Duties
- Arrive to the kitchen prepared to work at the scheduled time
- Clean and store all dishes, pots, cooking equipment
- Clean kitchen hallway, stairs, elevator, compartment, and walk-in cooler floors
- Maintain the order and organization of wares on shelves and in storage areas
- Maintain and upkeep the loading dock and refuse area to be neat, clean, and safe at all times
- Maintenance and cleanliness of sinks, kitchen walls, garbage receptacles, and under-equipment floors is a requirement
- Maintain the look and condition of the automatic dishwashers from inside and outside
- Check and maintain all chemical levels
- Maintain the cleaning and order standards communicated by the Executive Chef
- Maintain a positive attitude toward work performed at all times
