Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older (18+ to operate power-driven machines such as meat slicers, mixers, etc.)
- ability to maintain safety and sanitary standards
- knowledge of proper food handling and infection control procedures
- CPR, First Aid, and ServSafe certifications preferred
- ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
- dependable and eager to contribute to a positive workplace

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including countertops, sinks, and floors
- sort and organize clean dishes and utensils
- ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables
- assist kitchen staff with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed
- follow all safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures
