Job Qualifications

- prior experience in dishwashing or food service sanitation preferred
- ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- perform sanitation methods and techniques to maintain cleanliness of the dish room and entire food service areas
- set up and operate dish machine
- assist in the storage of received goods
- maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- support kitchen staff as needed
- manage waste disposal related to dishwashing
- ensure utensils and equipment are clean and properly stored
