Job Requirements
- must have ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work 11:00 am to 7:30 pm including some weekends
- ability to lift moderate weight safely
- commitment to maintain a drug- and smoke-free workplace
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to work as part of a team
- ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation helpful
- ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Duties
- perform sanitation methods and techniques to maintain cleanliness of the dish room and food service areas
- set up and operate dish machine
- assist in the storage of received goods
- maintain cleanliness standards throughout kitchen and dining areas
- comply with health and safety regulations
- support other food service duties as assigned
- ensure all dishware and utensils are properly sanitized
