Job Requirements
- Prior service and/or kitchen experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to use and operate cleaning machinery safely
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
- Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
- Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment
- Assist with waste disposal and maintaining sanitation standards
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning of dishware
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow schedules and written instructions to complete tasks efficiently
