Job Requirements
- Able to pass pre-employment physical/tb test
- Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
- Food handler's certification
- Ability to use dishwashers in the proper washing of china, cookware utensils and equipment
- Knowledge of state regulations for a clean and sanitary department
- Ability to assist in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals
- Capability to wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties in kitchen and dining areas

- Wash dirty dishware from all dining room and utensils and cookware in kitchen
- Use dishwashers in the proper washing of china, cookware utensils and equipment

- Assist in the use and storage of all kitchen chemicals
- Wash dishes, cookware, flatware, etc., with dishwasher or by hand in the correct meat or dairy area
- Perform cleaning duties in kitchen, dining room, dish washing area and assist in keeping counter, kitchen equipment, delivery carts, wells, shelves, doors, and coolers, clean
