Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- ability to follow HACCP guidelines
- basic understanding of food safety
- able to stand for up to 8 hours
- able to lift at least 25 pounds
- effective communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- adherence to safety and environmental policies

Job Duties
- Wash pots and pans according to HACCP practices
- wash dishes and maintain cleanliness
- maintain floors by sweeping and mopping
- assist with general cleaning and sanitation
- maintain storage areas and equipment
- support food preparation when trained
- assist catering staff with food delivery and event setup
