Job Requirements
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Ability to stand and work on feet for up to 8 hours daily
- Ability to follow safety rules and prevent accidents
- Ability to come to work properly dressed according to dress code
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Must be dependable and have good communication skills

Job Duties
- Wash pots and pans according to HACCP practices
- Wash dishes and utensils and put them away as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Sweep and mop kitchen and service area floors
- Remove garbage safely as directed
- Assist with general cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Support culinary team and dish room operators as needed
