ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
ensure cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
follow health and safety standards
maintain a clean and organized work environment
assist kitchen staff as needed
properly dispose of waste and recyclables
report any maintenance or safety issues
