minimum age 16 years
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good attention to detail
strong teamwork and communication skills
willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

Job Duties

wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
ensure compliance with health and safety standards
manage dishwashing equipment and supplies
support a safe and sanitized work environment
follow all company policies and procedures
