Job Requirements
- Pass client required fingerprint background
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to assist with general kitchen cleaning and support tasks
- Basic understanding of sanitation and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Organizational skills for stacking, sorting, and rotation of kitchen items
- Basic machine maintenance knowledge including cleaning filters and checking detergent levels
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependability and consistency in attendance and performance
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and kitchen demands
- Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products and chemicals
- Familiarity with water temperature standards and cycle settings for optimal sanitation
Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
- Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition
- Report any equipment issues to management
- Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
