Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- perform duties during some weekend and holiday shifts
- support kitchen staff with timely cleaning of dishware
- follow health and safety guidelines in the dish area
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
