Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 1 year of previous experience in food service, healthcare, or customer service preferred
- Ability to perform manual keyboarding
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Strong verbal interpersonal abilities
- Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Ability to maintain sanitary and health standards
- Commitment to teamwork and communication
- Availability for full-time day shift work at Louisville, Colorado location
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or customer service preferred
- Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in customer relations
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Capability to follow verbal instructions
- Effective communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Prepare patient meals according to culinary production records
- Prepare retail and catering meals including short-order and batch cooking to meet quality standards
- Execute advanced preparation tasks by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment adhering to health standards
- Record temperatures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage inventory by sorting, labeling, dating, and rotating stock to support food safety
- Collaborate with managers and team members to meet operational goals and support efficient food service
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
