Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in food service, healthcare, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to perform manual keyboarding
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to maintain sanitary and health standards
  • Commitment to teamwork and communication
  • Availability for full-time day shift work at Louisville, Colorado location

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service, healthcare, or customer service preferred
  • Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in customer relations
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Capability to follow verbal instructions
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare patient meals according to culinary production records
  • Prepare retail and catering meals including short-order and batch cooking to meet quality standards
  • Execute advanced preparation tasks by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment adhering to health standards
  • Record temperatures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage inventory by sorting, labeling, dating, and rotating stock to support food safety
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to meet operational goals and support efficient food service
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary
